About The Position

The Seasonal Field Support Technician sets up and breaks down kiosks at 29 local retail locations in East Tennessee. The work includes driving a moving truck, carrying equipment into locations, assembling kiosks, and maintaining the locations. The role may involve setting up kiosk furniture, computers, technology, and other components, as well as helping keep workplaces clean and inviting. This seasonal position may offer advancement and the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

Requirements

A driver's license is required for those who drive and preferred for those who do not.
Reliable transportation.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computer functions and some technical skills.
Customer service experience.
Ability to stand, walk, and sit as needed.
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 55 pounds at one time and to hold, carry, and move equipment, tools, and materials.
Comply with company policies and standards.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of computer or technology installation.
A driver's license for candidates who are not required to drive.

Responsibilities

Set up and break down kiosk furniture, computers, technology, and kiosk components using hand tools.
Drive a moving truck and transport equipment to local retail locations, when required.
Meet deadlines and help ensure locations meet brand and marketing appearance standards.
Help maintain clean, inviting workplaces, including removing trash, vacuuming or sweeping, and cleaning counters and glass.
Perform other duties as assigned.
