About The Position

The Seasonal Field Support Technician completes the setup and breakdown of kiosks in local retail stores. The work includes driving a moving truck, carrying equipment into locations, setting up kiosks, and maintaining locations. Knowledge of computer or technology installation is helpful but not required. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer service experience.
Able to stand, walk, and sit.
Able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 55 pounds at one time.
Able to hold, carry, and move equipment, tools, and materials.
Comply with company policies and standards.

Nice To Haves

Driver’s license preferred.
Basic knowledge of computer functions preferred but not required.
Knowledge of computer or technology installation is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist with setting up and tearing down kiosk furniture, computers, technology, and kiosk components using hand tools.
Meet deadlines so office locations meet brand and marketing appearance standards.
Help maintain clean and inviting workplaces, including removing trash, vacuuming or sweeping, and cleaning counters and glass.
Perform other duties as assigned.
