About The Position
The Seasonal Field Support Technician sets up and breaks down kiosks at local retail stores. The work includes driving a moving truck, carrying equipment into locations, installing kiosks, and maintaining locations. The role supports office appearance standards and helps keep workplaces clean and inviting. Knowledge of computer and technology installation is ideal.
Requirements
- A driver’s license is required for those required to drive and preferred for those who are not driving.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer functions and some technical skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 55 pounds at one time.
- Ability to hold, carry, and move equipment, tools, and materials.

- Knowledge of computer and technology installation.
Responsibilities
- Set up and tear down kiosk furniture, computers, technology, and kiosk components using hand tools.
- Meet deadlines so office locations meet brand and marketing appearance standards.
- Help maintain clean, inviting workplaces, including removing trash, vacuuming or sweeping, and cleaning counters and glass.
- Drive a moving truck when required.
- Carry equipment into locations and assist with kiosk installation and location maintenance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
