About The Position

The Field Supervisor leads and manages security staff, supports daily operations, and helps maintain a safe environment onsite. The role includes performing Security Officer duties when needed, enforcing security procedures, responding to emergencies, and coordinating with authorities. The supervisor also trains Security Officers and Shift Leads, communicates with operations management, conducts inspections, manages staff sign-in and sign-out, and assists with payroll and personnel management.

Requirements

• Valid California Guard License.
• Five years of supervisor experience in the security industry.
• Clear driving record.
• Strong, motivating leadership.
• Clear and confident communication.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with composure.
• Understanding of security operations and technology.
• Organization, proactivity, and solution-focused thinking.
• Ability to coach and develop teams.
