About The Position

The Field Supervisor assists with overseeing daily production operations and supporting crews. The role involves communicating with crews when problems arise, communicating with customers as needed, inspecting outgoing materials and equipment, adhering to safety policies and procedures, and helping monitor inventory. The position requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions and the ability to lift and move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Overtime is an opportunity.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a field or construction supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of job site safety practices and production processes.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move materials and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
