About The Position

The Field Supervisor supports the Operations Manager and Project Manager by supervising, coordinating, and carrying out onsite mechanical service operations. The role ensures work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements, while leading field personnel and maintaining communication with clients and project stakeholders.

The Field Supervisor provides hands-on field leadership, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, manages equipment and personnel, troubleshoots operational issues, and supports the successful delivery of client projects. The role covers a range of mechanical services and testing operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and execute onsite mechanical service operations.
• Support the Operations Manager and Project Manager.
• Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
• Provide leadership to field personnel and maintain communication with clients and project stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on leadership in the field.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage equipment and personnel.
• Troubleshoot operational issues.
• Support the successful delivery of client projects.
• Perform or oversee filling and flushing operations.
• Perform or oversee pigging operations.
• Perform or oversee leak testing, including nitrogen and helium leak testing.
• Perform or oversee hydrotesting.
• Perform or oversee dewatering and conditioning.
• Perform or oversee umbilical hydraulic and electrical testing.
• Perform or oversee umbilical fiber optic testing.
• Perform or oversee umbilical commissioning, fluid displacement, and flushing.
• Perform or oversee bolting, torqueing, and tensioning operations.
