About The Position

The Field Supervisor leads and supports caregivers and clients receiving DMH services. The role helps clients live safely and independently in their homes while providing guidance, training, and support to Personal Assistants. The Field Supervisor works with the Program Manager, office, and field team to maintain quality care and respond to client or caregiver needs. The position may include hands-on DMH shift coverage when needed. The stated starting pay is $20 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• A working phone.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• A dependable, compassionate, and team-focused attitude.
• Ability to lead by example and stay calm when challenges arise.

Nice To Haves

• Some college is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new DMH clients and train new Personal Assistants.
• Coach, support, and recognize caregivers alongside the Program Manager.
• Lead by example and help caregivers succeed in their roles.
• Conduct monthly quality checks to ensure clients receive excellent care.
• Listen to clients and families and help resolve concerns.
• Help keep care plans, policies, and services on track.
• Provide hands-on DMH shift coverage when needed.
• Support clients and caregivers when unexpected situations arise.
• Work with the office and field team to keep care running smoothly.
