About The Position

The Field Services Supervisor oversees field services employees and equipment at customer sites, ensuring safety and satisfaction for internal and external customers. The position reports to the field office, travels to regional projects during the day, and returns to the office at the end of the day. The supervisor may also serve as a backup for crew positions and supervise emergency response teams as needed. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of hazardous waste field experience. Because the work may involve exposure to atmospheres, waste, or materials, employees must remain clean-shaven at all times to wear a respirator for protection. Responsibilities

Prioritize health and safety by following policies and processes and maintaining safe practices.
Supervise site crews to ensure work follows consultant and customer specifications and is completed efficiently.
Oversee crew safety, including proper use of safety equipment and compliance with safe work practices.
Keep customers informed about job progress, answer onsite questions, and maintain customer relations.
Complete daily documentation of labor, equipment, supplies, and materials used for billing and related purposes.
Inform the project manager of changes in usage from the contract.
Serve as a backup or fill in for any crew position as needed.
Supervise emergency response teams as needed.
Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, promotion, and discipline decisions as needed.
Take on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization.
