About The Position

GFL Environmental is hiring a Field Supervisor in Baytown, Texas, to oversee industrial services work, including hydroblasting, tank cleaning, and emergency response. The supervisor leads crews to ensure safe execution of high-pressure and confined-space work, coordinates emergency response and on-call operations, monitors equipment and job performance, and supports compliant waste handling and documentation. The role also includes leading safety meetings and training and mentoring employees on procedures and safety practices.

Requirements

• Experience in industrial cleaning, hydroblasting, or emergency response.
• Knowledge of confined-space entry, HAZWOPER, and hazardous-materials handling.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid TWIC card.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• DOT and safety-compliance experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities
