About The Position

Applied Innovation is seeking a dependable and motivated Field Service Technician to service and maintain office equipment at customer locations while representing the company professionally. This full-time role is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and involves driving a company-provided vehicle to customer locations. The company provides training, a gas card, and required tools. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Factory certifications such as Canon or Ricoh.
• Knowledge of print drivers and basic network communication.
• Prior field service or technical repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and service a wide variety of multifunctional copier devices.
• Maintain an assigned service territory and provide responsive, high-quality service.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and internal teams to meet customer service needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and tools, and keep service documentation accurate.
• Follow established service procedures and safety guidelines.
• Operate a company vehicle safely, courteously, and professionally.
• Represent Applied Innovation positively in customer interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
