About The Position

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Field Service Technician for its Santa Ana team. The technician travels to restaurants and commercial kitchens in a company vehicle to service commercial dishwashing equipment, troubleshoot basic issues, deliver and restock cleaning products and supplies, and help customers keep their operations running. Commercial dishwasher experience is not required; paid hands-on training is provided. This role involves working independently in the field and offers opportunities for advancement and continued development within the company.

The position is full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule of approximately 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Base pay is $23.00 per hour. Estimated total compensation is $45,000–$54,000 annually, including anticipated overtime. Participation in an on-call rotation may be required as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving history.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and use hand tools.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in field service, automotive service or detailing, equipment maintenance, appliance service or repair, installation, facilities or building maintenance, manufacturing, warehouse or delivery, construction, mechanical assembly, skilled trades, or other hands-on work involving tools or equipment.
• Commercial dishwasher experience is not required; willingness to learn is valued.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations in a company vehicle.
