About The Position

Shared Imaging is seeking a full-time Field Service Technician serving Los Angeles, California, and surrounding areas. The territory includes sites in Anaheim, Riverside, Fontana, and San Diego, with travel to other areas potentially required. A company vehicle will be provided. The technician performs planned and emergency service for mobile medical units, maintains related systems and equipment, coordinates with vendors, documents maintenance and repairs, and participates in meetings by conference call. Candidates must complete a background check and drug screen. The position offers $32 to $38 per hour; compensation may vary based on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The role is eligible for an annual performance-based merit increase.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting.
• Clean driving record and personal insurance.
• Complete a background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of power generation, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems.
• EPA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and emergency service on mobile medical units within the assigned territory.
• Service HVAC units, chillers, generators, and hydraulic patient lifts.
• Clean, repair, and maintain trailer exteriors.
• Perform DOT inspections and repairs as necessary.
• Manage vendors and communicate with them.
• Document repair and maintenance activities.
• Participate in weekly and daily meetings via conference calls.
