About The Position

Responsible for the installation, set-up, repair and ongoing maintenance of VHCS equipment while assuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and beverage quality. Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 3 to 5 years in similar technical role
• Strong mechanical aptitude – previous electronic/plumbing/electrical experience
• Fluent in both French and English.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingualism in concerned provinces
• Valid Driver's License and clean driver's abstract
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication (verbal, written) and customer-service skills
• Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain customer equipment
• Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment
• Install machines at customer locations
• Maintain adequate parts levels in the truck for equipment repairs.
