About The Position

Signature Retail Services is hiring a part-time Route Merchandising Associate to service Big-Box Home Improvement stores, including The Home Depot and Lowe's, in Temple, Killeen, and Waco, Texas. The role involves independently traveling to assigned stores to merchandise products, build displays, execute planograms, conduct in-store survey audits, support seasonal resets, and maintain store presentation. The schedule is flexible and approximately 5–10 hours per week, with starting pay of $17.00–$19.00 per hour. No experience is necessary; paid, hands-on weekday training is provided. Candidates must live within approximately 30 minutes of the territory and have a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, access to a reliable personal vehicle, and a smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access. This physically active position includes frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, climbing rolling staircases or step ladders, and regularly lifting or moving products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Employment is contingent on completing applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include background and motor vehicle record checks and verification of employment eligibility. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Located within approximately 30 minutes of the listed territory.
Valid driver's license and current auto insurance, with the candidate listed as an insured driver.
Access to a reliable personal vehicle for travel between assigned store locations.
Smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access for daily communication and reporting.
Able to frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and climb rolling staircases or step ladders.
Able to regularly lift and move products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Previous merchandising experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

Travel independently throughout the assigned territory using a personal vehicle to service store locations.
Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance.
Install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays.
Down-stock merchandise, maintain shelf conditions, and keep products fully stocked and customer-ready.
Partner with store personnel to check inventory levels, flag replenishment needs, and place product orders as needed.
Serve as a product expert for store associates and customers.
Represent Signature Retail Services and its client partners professionally in each store.
Manage the schedule so visits and projects are completed on time.
Communicate promptly about attendance, scheduling, or issues that could affect a store visit.
Support additional tasks as assigned to meet business objectives.
