Field Service/Repair Technician
About The Position
Volt is immediately hiring for a Field Service/Repair Technician in Wichita, KS. This is a Full-time/Temp to Hire opportunity. As a Field Service Representative, you will deliver, retrieve, and maintain medical equipment using a company vehicle. You will also clean, disinfect, test, and prepare equipment for use. Provide on-site support and superior customer service to patients and hospital staff. Manage orders and documentation accurately using company systems. Respond to service inquiries and escalate issues as needed. Assist in locating missing equipment within customer facilities. Track inventory and coordinate deliveries and returns. Prepare and process shipments, load and unload equipment. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing environment
- Valid Driver’s license
- High School Diploma or GED
- Clean driving record for last 3 years
