About The Position

Unlike traditional field service positions that focus primarily on equipment repair, our Field Service Engineers operate as part of a fully integrated technical support system. Field Service Engineers work directly inside some of the most advanced operational environments in the world, supporting equipment systems used in large-scale data centers and technical infrastructure facilities. Every Field Service Engineer is backed by a dedicated 24/7 support desk and a team of professional engineers who assist with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and engineering improvements. This means field personnel are never working alone when complex problems arise. Field Service Engineers also contribute directly to improving the equipment they support. Feedback from the field flows directly to the engineering teams, allowing real-world operational experience to influence future equipment design and reliability improvements. As a result, our Field Service Engineers are not simply service technicians—they are technical partners in an engineering-driven support organization that designs, builds, and continuously improves the systems used in the field.
