About The Position

The Specialist is responsible for on-site machine installation, commissioning, closing (complete SAT operations), and general assistance (Service tasks). This includes pre-configuring and testing machines in front of the customer in Italy (FAT execution). A key aspect of the role is providing excellent customer service. The Specialist acts as Engineering's representative, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and upholding Stevanato Group's values, ethical standards, and quality standards towards both customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Mechatronic\Telecommunication\Electronics\Computer Science Engineer (bachelor’s degree – technical)
• Machine worker, automation technician or similar background
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in service
• Electro-mechanical proficiency
• PLC and Automation experience
• Microsoft Office
• Ability to work alone and under stressing conditions
• Independent and flexible
• Willingness to travel in the US with short notice and act as 24/7 supports (in planned shifts)
• Availability for international travel (especially Europe for training and South America for maintenance tasks)

Responsibilities

• Execute SATs activities (in case also FATs)
• Execute planned and corrective maintenance
• Execute service assignments and modifications of machines at the site of costumers with an eye to reestablishing customer’s production as soon as possible
• Ensuring the highest possible level of customer satisfaction in his/her deliveries
• Representing Stevanato Group values, ethical standards and quality standards both towards customers and colleagues
