Discover Impactful Work: As a Field Service Engineer II, you will be responsible for providing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and technical support for sophisticated analytical instrumentation throughout a multi-state territory. This position will primarily support Trace Elemental Analysis and Chromatography instrumentation, including Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES), Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS), Ion Chromatography (IC), and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) systems. The ideal candidate combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with an understanding of analytical chemistry and the applications our customers use these instruments to perform. You will work directly with customers in research, industrial, environmental, pharmaceutical, and other laboratory settings to maximize instrument performance and minimize downtime. Location: Nebraska. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Territory: Primary focus on supporting customers across Nebraska and Iowa, while also covering Kansas, North Dakota, and South Dakota as needed. Approximately 50–75% travel within the assigned territory is required.
