The Field Service Dispatcher will join the team in Holland, Michigan. This logistics-focused role schedules and routes technicians, keeps customers informed, and holds the field team to job standards. The work takes place in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment. The dispatcher will use Jobber initially and help lead the transition to ServiceTitan.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of dispatch, scheduling, or logistics experience, ideally in the trades.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment and learn new tools quickly.
• Comfort holding a team accountable without direct authority.
• Calm, organized, and clear under pressure.
• Knowledge of West Michigan geography.

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience with Jobber or ServiceTitan.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and route technicians based on skill, location, parts, and priority.
• Fit urgent and 24/7 emergency calls into the schedule.
• Confirm that parts and equipment are ready before booking jobs.
• Keep customers updated on arrival windows and schedule changes.
• Hold technicians to job standards, including on-time arrivals, notes, photos, and same-day closeout.
• Escalate recurring issues to management.
• Manage dispatch in Jobber and support the transition to ServiceTitan.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
