The role requires coordination with field employees, maintaining accurate service and expense records, following safety protocols, prioritizing repairs, and providing maintenance communication and preventative-maintenance training to field staff. Additional duties may be assigned. The job requires the ability to work shifts throughout a standard 8- or 10-hour day, with overtime and emergency callouts, including weekends and holidays. Physical work includes lifting over 50 pounds, bending, twisting, squatting, and fine motor tasks, sometimes in hot or cold, non-climate-controlled environments. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and pass pre-employment substance, background, motor vehicle record, and/or DOT compliance screenings.
