About The Position

The Field Sales Trainer helps GTR client sales teams make referrals a consistent part of their sales process. The role delivers onsite and virtual training, coaches client managers, follows up on adoption, and maintains and improves GTR training materials. The focus is on helping customer sales teams consistently use GTR and enabling managers to sustain the behavior through accountability. The role primarily supports enterprise customers across multiple brands, locations, sales teams, and leadership levels, including customer launches, regional rollouts, manager coaching, refresher training, and adoption initiatives. It may also support select premium SMB customers according to business needs and service commitments. Enterprise engagements generally take priority when scheduling training and travel. The role does not own customer relationships, account strategy, retention, technical support, or routine account management; those remain with Customer Success. The Field Sales Trainer is accountable for training delivery, field coaching, manager enablement, adoption support, and training-related follow-through. Reporting to the Platform Adoption and Enablement Manager, the trainer aligns training priorities, field coaching, adoption goals, and content development with GTR’s broader enablement strategy. The position requires travel of approximately two weeks per month. The expected annual salary range is $75,000 to $90,000, with eligibility for a performance bonus or commission, restricted stock units, and the company’s standard employee benefits programs.
