About The Position

Cleft of the Rock is hiring a Field Sales Professional to provide supplemental insurance solutions to businesses and individuals. The role involves meeting with business owners, managers, employees, and individual clients in person, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable insurance options. The professional will build and manage a book of business, maintain client relationships, and work with a manager to set goals and track progress. The company offers training and mentorship in a supportive, purpose-driven environment, with opportunities for growth and professional development. Compensation is listed as $75,000–$95,000 per year, with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed, and the work is in person.

Responsibilities

Visit businesses and meet in person with decision-makers and employees.
Present insurance solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
Conduct group presentations for employee teams of various sizes.
Build and manage a book of business.
Follow up on leads, respond to client inquiries, and maintain strong relationships.
Collaborate with a manager to set goals and track progress.
