vly is an innovative FoodTech startup from Berlin revolutionizing the food industry with healthy, plant-based milk alternatives that benefit both consumers and the planet. After years of research, they have developed award-winning products with less sugar and more protein, including pea protein milk alternatives and the first aquafaba bean yogurt. Sales is a key driver for vly's future growth.
Requirements
- Professional experience in field sales support of retail partners within the food retail sector.
- Familiarity with retail terms such as Chep, NR, Display, EAN.
- Completed vocational training, a degree, or a trainee program, ideally with a focus on sales.
- Proficiency in handling numbers, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent German language skills and fluent English.
- Comfortable in a startup culture with flat hierarchies and ample opportunities.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the food retail sector.
- Experience with specific retail terms like Chep, NR, Display, EAN.
Responsibilities
- Bring vly products to the shelves of the food retail trade.
- Independently manage key accounts on-site, primarily Rewe & Edeka.
- Acquire new supermarkets and be responsible for their consultation and support.
- Ensure 100% distribution and implement promotions in supermarkets.
- Represent vly at trade fairs and events, occasionally outside of Berlin, to expand relationships.
