About The Position

TTI is hiring a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to support its product lines within The Home Depot. The role focuses on growing market share and executing retail strategies through sales, merchandising, product demonstrations, customer engagement, and analysis. The representative will work in an assigned market, build relationships with Home Depot team members, and take part in TTI’s training program. The position involves travel to assigned stores and occasional travel for meetings, projects, and events, including air travel. Employees may need to transport a small amount of company property and may be considered for relocation for future promotional opportunities. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that is eligible for overtime. The role requires working in a retail environment and standing for the duration of the shift, except for meal and rest breaks. Nights and weekends are required at different points throughout the year.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
Must pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
Must have held a valid U.S. driver’s license in one state for at least one continuous year.
Must have a personal vehicle or reliable transportation and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance listing the employee as the primary driver.
Must travel to and from assigned store locations and occasionally travel for meetings, projects, and events; air travel is required.
Must be capable of reaching and lifting overhead and ascending and descending ladders to move products.
Must be capable of lifting and transporting tools weighing up to 50 pounds and requesting assistance as needed.
Must be able to use hands to maneuver small objects, assemble tools, and build displays.
Must be able to work nights and weekends, with weekends required at different points throughout the year.
Must be able to work full time in a retail environment and stand for the duration of the shift, except during meal and rest breaks.
Must be self-motivated and a team player, with strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

Multilingual ability is preferred in specific markets, depending on business needs.
Formal higher education is preferred but not required; equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Exceed sales targets by delivering business-to-consumer sales and customer service at The Home Depot, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable TTI products.
Plan and execute promotional events, product demonstrations, and store walks to increase consumer engagement and product sell-through.
Support and implement corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Maintain brand presence and sales readiness through merchandising, product placement, store objectives, and resets, using Microsoft Power BI data analytics to inform decisions.
Develop knowledge of the retail marketplace, customer profiles, product applications, competitors, and channel dynamics.
Participate in TTI’s training program to prepare to work independently in the assigned market.
Build and manage relationships with Home Depot team members to improve in-store execution and develop long-term business partnerships.
Manage inventory through down-stocking, maintain product accessibility, and report tasks and responsibilities promptly.
Participate in merchandising resets to place new products and solutions on time while following TTI safety protocols.
Transport a small amount of company property, such as company devices, demo tools, a tool kit, and safety supplies, as required.
