Field Marketing Representative
About The Position
Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring an outgoing Field Marketing Representative to represent its window and door products at Costco and retail events. The role focuses on engaging shoppers in friendly conversations, generating interest in the company’s products, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. Representatives also educate homeowners about products and services and set up and maintain branded displays. The position involves no cold calling or hard selling. No prior experience is required; paid training and ongoing coaching are provided. The posting describes this as a flexible part-time opportunity, with schedules that may include days, evenings, and weekends. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Have a smartphone.
- Be able to stand and move throughout the shift.
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, and be comfortable initiating conversations with strangers and hearing “no.”
