About The Position

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring an outgoing Field Marketing Representative to engage shoppers at Costco and retail events and generate interest in premium window and door solutions. Representatives schedule qualified in-home consultations, educate homeowners about the company’s products and services, and set up and maintain branded displays. The role involves friendly conversations rather than hard selling or cold calling, and performance bonuses reward qualified appointments. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided, with potential career growth into sales and leadership roles.

Compensation includes a guaranteed base pay of $20 per hour plus unlimited weekly bonuses for each qualified appointment. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
