About The Position

We’re looking for a results-oriented Field Marketing Manager to develop and execute high-impact marketing programs and events for our Central Enterprise Sales team. Based in Nashville and reporting to the Director, Field Marketing, this individual contributor role will serve as the primary marketing point of contact for the region and help bring more dedicated 1:1 field marketing support to a new Enterprise territory. You’ll align closely with sales leadership and collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to design campaigns and programs that drive pipeline growth, accelerate opportunities, and strengthen engagement in priority accounts. This role is a blend of strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis, requiring someone with a strong understanding of B2B field marketing, account-based marketing, and sales alignment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field or regional marketing within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology.
  • Proven ability to design and execute successful demand generation campaigns and field programs.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing and how field marketing supports pipeline creation and deal acceleration.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and cross-functional marketing groups in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to operate as a trusted partner to sellers and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, report on program performance, and optimize based on findings.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, 6sense, and Asana.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a high standard of execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

  • Design and Execute Regional Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement tailored field marketing programs aligned with overall GTM strategy and Central Enterprise priorities, including field events, executive programs, conferences, and 1:1 account-specific experiences.
  • Build regional plans that support both pipeline creation and deal acceleration, using the right mix of programs for target accounts and active opportunities.
  • Leverage corporate campaigns, content, and central field programs where they fit territory needs, while keeping primary focus on regional execution.
  • Act as the Primary Marketing Partner to Sales: Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for the Central Enterprise sales team, ensuring close collaboration with sales leadership, account executives, and SDRs.
  • Work closely with sellers to identify regional opportunities, support priority accounts, and build programs that align to sales goals and territory priorities.
  • Communicate program objectives, gain buy-in, and help drive participation before and after each activation.
  • Drive Demand Generation and Account-Based Engagement: Develop and execute targeted campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and create meaningful engagement within key accounts.
  • Support deal progression through high-touch programs such as executive dinners, roundtables, hospitality events, and other small-format experiences tied to active opportunities.
  • Help connect field marketing activity to account strategy and follow-up plans so programs contribute to measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate Across Marketing and GTM Teams: Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Marketing, and central field programs to build cohesive marketing initiatives.
  • Help localize messaging, activate content, and align campaign execution across the region.
  • Maintain strong communication across teams to keep programs on track and aligned to business goals.
  • Analyze and Report on Performance: Measure program performance using key metrics such as registrations, attendance, meetings, sourced and influenced pipeline, opportunity progression, and ROI.
  • Provide insights during pipeline reviews, quarterly business reviews, and planning sessions to guide future initiatives.
  • Apply learnings from prior programs to improve targeting, execution, and follow-up over time.
  • Manage Budget, Vendors, and Execution Details: Oversee program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and strong return on investment.
  • Manage vendor relationships and execution details for event production, logistics, attendee experience, and follow-up.
  • Keep programs organized and moving by managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional handoffs.
