As we continue to grow, we're looking for people who are proactive, accountable, and excited to help us expand our presence in the neighborhoods we serve. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to help us expand our presence and generate leads at the local level. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You'll help create marketing campaigns from the office while also getting into the field to ensure our neighborhood marketing efforts are running smoothly and effectively. Requirements

  • Organized and highly accountable
  • Comfortable working both in an office and in the field
  • Experienced in managing people or small teams
  • Confident holding team members accountable while creating a positive culture
  • Data-driven and comfortable tracking metrics and results
  • Familiar with spreadsheets, CRM systems, mapping tools, or marketing software
  • Self-motivated and able to take ownership without constant oversight

Responsibilities

  • Build weekly flyer maps and neighborhood route plans
  • Assign territories to field marketing reps
  • Ensure routes are completed correctly and efficiently
  • Conduct occasional field visits and spot checks
  • Recruit, train, and manage part-time marketing team members
  • Track activity, leads, appointments, and campaign results
  • Execute basic email and text marketing campaigns
  • Research local events and community marketing opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales and leadership team to target the right neighborhoods and maximize ROI
  • Manage email and text campaigns

  • Oversee community outreach through local events, Facebook groups, and neighborhood partnerships
  • Develop flyer distribution strategy, planning, and accountability
