Overland AI is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join our Communications & Marketing (C&M) team and help shape how we tell the story of mission-ready ground autonomy. The mandate is ownership of end-to-end planning, execution, and measurement of our external trade show presence and high-impact field marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of communications and marketing, business development, and operations, and is critical to ensuring that every event, booth, and engagement is tightly aligned to specific end-user personas and business objectives. You will be responsible not only for executing complex events, but also for building the operational rigor, internal coordination, and performance tracking required to scale Overland’s event strategy as the company grows. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, values precision, and is comfortable turning logistics, data, and strategy into measurable outcomes. This role reports directly to the Head of Communications and Marketing.
