About The Position

Gravitee is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead regional demand generation and event strategy across the US market. This role is responsible for driving pipeline and revenue impact in close collaboration with the Sales team. The Field Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing and will be tasked with building and executing a field marketing plan that transforms national campaigns into localized, high-converting programs. A key aspect of this role is managing field marketing as a pipeline engine, utilizing data on pod performance, SQL quality, and account engagement to guide investment decisions and ensure accountability for generated pipeline. The position requires championing a culture where every regional program has a clear commercial objective. The Field Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end regional marketing plan for the US, encompassing third-party conferences, owned events, ABM programs, regional dinners, and Sales-aligned field campaigns. This is a hands-on builder role, involving direct program planning and execution, as well as managing agencies, vendors, and freelance support. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, a pipeline-owner mindset, and the ability to both strategize and execute at a tactical level. This role serves as a crucial link between corporate marketing strategy and regional sales efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Strategic Partnerships or Channel Management role, ideally within B2B SaaS, API management, data, or AI-focused tech.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and signing high-impact regional and global System Integrators (SIs).
  • Commercially minded and execution-focused, with a history of hitting revenue or partner-led targets.
  • Operationally strong, with experience using HubSpot and reporting tools to manage a predictable pipeline.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment with senior stakeholders and technical teams alike.
  • Experience working across regional borders, specifically navigating the nuances of the North American and Latin American markets.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel across the Americas for partner face-times and industry events.

Nice To Haves

  • Thrives in high-energy environments, balancing rapid hustle with strategic focus.
  • Self-starter.
  • Takes full ownership of projects from concept to completion.
  • Values a culture of openness, collaboration, and constant evolution.
  • Curious, adaptable, and energized by the fast-moving AI landscape.
  • Deep care for high-quality output and brand clarity.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the US field marketing plan, aligning investment to pod performance (NORAM East, NORAM West) and pipeline targets.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify target accounts, priority regions, and the right program mix (events, ABM, dinners, roadshows) for each.
  • Localize national campaigns and narrative (including category and product messaging) into regional programs that land with specific audiences.
  • Plan and run the full lifecycle of field programs: third-party conference sponsorships, owned events, executive dinners, regional roundtables, and account-based experiences.
  • Manage logistics, budget, staffing, and follow-up for every program, ensuring a consistent, high-quality on-site experience.
  • Stay hands-on: manage vendor relationships, review creative and signage, and be on-site for flagship programs.
  • Own pipeline and SQL targets for field-sourced and field-influenced programs, reporting performance by region and pod.
  • Build a clear post-event follow-up process with Sales and SDRs to convert event engagement into pipeline.
  • Track program ROI and use the data to reallocate budget toward what's working.
  • Partner with Demand Generation and Paid Media to ensure field programs are supported by pre- and post-event nurture and ad targeting.
  • Work with Product Marketing to make sure regional messaging reflects current positioning and category narrative.
  • Collaborate with Sales on account selection, outreach cadence, and program follow-through so field marketing is viewed as a revenue partner, not an events function.
  • Own the US field marketing budget, including sponsorship negotiations and vendor contracts.
  • Select and manage external partners (production, staffing, swag, venues) to extend program capacity without compromising quality.
