About The Position

The Field Marketing and ABM Manager is responsible for executing regional field marketing programs that support pipeline development and customer engagement. Moving beyond traditional support, this role supports pipeline progression efforts within assigned territories through targeted campaigns and sales collaboration. The ideal candidate will have expertise in executing B2B regional and vertical marketing strategies and will execute field marketing plans aligned with established business priorities and regional goals. By leveraging an AI-first stack to automate tactical execution—such as email sequencing and deck creation—you will free up your time to focus on campaign execution and impactful human engagements. Foundational to this role is the ability to collaborate with regional sales teams to support campaign alignment and territory priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with an emphasis on Field Marketing, Demand Generation, campaign creation, and execution.
  • Experience supporting pipeline development through regional, vertical, or account-based marketing programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while applying sound judgment and problem-solving skills to campaign execution and operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of B2B marketing and SaaS go-to-market motions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, and other stakeholders to execute integrated marketing programs.
  • Working knowledge of marketing and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot, with the ability to analyze campaign and funnel performance metrics to support decision-making and program optimization.
  • Comfort using AI-enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency, support campaign execution, and refine marketing or outreach content.
  • Strong project management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional sales teams to understand territory priorities and recommend field marketing tactics that support pipeline generation, opportunity acceleration, and account engagement.
  • Execute integrated, multi-channel field marketing programs, including webinars, virtual events, in-person events, direct mail, and other engagement activities designed to generate demand and support pipeline development.
  • Utilize account-based marketing best practices, intent data, anonymous web behavior insights, and marketing technologies to identify high-priority accounts and execute targeted marketing programs.
  • Leverage martech and AI-enabled tools to support personalized outreach, campaign execution, event logistics, and workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor campaign, pipeline, and program performance metrics, including opportunity creation, conversion trends, engagement, and overall business impact, and share insights with stakeholders to optimize future initiatives.
  • Support sales enablement efforts by providing campaign insights, customer stories, proof points, and marketing assets that help advance opportunities and strengthen account engagement.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Communications, Product Marketing, and other cross-functional partners to ensure campaign alignment, message consistency, and effective execution across channels.
  • Build collaborative relationships with regional sales stakeholders to align marketing activities with business priorities and maintain effective communication on program performance and opportunities.
  • Facilitate meaningful customer and prospect engagement through field events, executive programs, and other relationship-building activities where direct interaction is critical to success.
  • Monitor customer engagement activity and communicate potential expansion opportunities and account insights to sales partners when appropriate.
  • Monitor brand, community, and audience engagement trends and share insights that help inform future marketing programs and improve campaign effectiveness.
