Aptean is seeking a Digital & ABM Marketing Manager to join their dynamic, high growth global Marketing team. This role will take ownership of the ABM and digital demand generation engine to drive measurable pipeline impact. The ideal candidate will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of the 6sense platform to drive account engagement and pipeline growth. Responsibilities include orchestrating integrated ABM programs across digital advertising, email, direct mail, events, and sales outreach, leveraging insights from 6sense and other analytics tools to measure engagement, pipeline influence, and campaign ROI. The role also involves partnering with Sales to prioritize in-market accounts and align outreach with buying signals, ensuring seamless integration between 6sense, CRM, and MAP systems, and continuously testing new tactics, messaging, and platform capabilities to improve performance and efficiency. The manager will own and manage the end-to-end ABM go-to-market strategy, serve as the primary owner and expert of the 6sense platform, build and optimize audience segmentation, execute multi-channel ABM campaigns, partner closely with Field Marketing and Sales, design and deploy account-specific messaging and content strategies, orchestrate full-funnel ABM programs, collaborate with Marketing Ops for tracking and attribution, provide actionable insights to Sales, manage campaign performance, budgets, and ROI, and stay current on ABM trends and platform enhancements.
