About The Position

Chipotle is seeking Field Leaders to oversee multiple restaurant locations as the company grows. The role partners with restaurant managers to support strong operations and a great guest experience. Field Leaders bring business knowledge, promote a food-safety-first culture, develop teams, train and validate employees on key operational elements, and provide hands-on assistance when needed.

Requirements

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Business knowledge, including P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing.
• Passion for team development and leading through others.
• Ability to focus on the guest experience.
• Ability to train and validate employees on key operational elements.
• Team-player approach and willingness to assist when needed.
• Previous multi-unit restaurant experience.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
