The Field Human Resources Manager position is a key member of the Operations and HR team, responsible for leading HR initiatives, protocols, and policies within a defined operational territory. The role focuses on Talent Development and Onboarding, Retention, Leadership Skill Building, Workforce Planning, Compliance, and Associate Relations. A primary focus is to positively impact the talent management system across all locations within the territory. Working closely with the Area HR Manager, this position requires a proactive approach to HR compliance, ensuring consistency in the application of enterprise-wide programs and coaching managers on accurate and fair execution of policies and procedures. The role demands strong communication and influencing skills, self-drive, adaptability to change, and comfort in a matrixed reporting relationship, reporting to the Area HR Manager with a strong relationship to Operations. This position requires up to 50% overnight travel by car and air to support approximately 500 associates (exempt and non-exempt) across 4 locations (Atlanta, GA; Macedonia, OH; Le Vergne, TN; Livonia, MI). The position will be based in Lawrenceville, GA, with a requirement for regular weekly onsite HR presence at all local operations to support associates and address their needs.
