About The Position

We Insure is hiring three Field Growth Managers, with one opening in each of the Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas, Texas markets. This is a full-time, field-based position focused on building a grassroots referral network in an assigned market. The Field Growth Manager acts as a market builder and community host for Road to Ownership, developing local partnerships and turning community relationships into qualified insurance opportunities. During the first 90 days, the employee primarily builds the market and completes the company-supported property and casualty licensing path. Until licensed, trained, and authorized, licensed We Insure agents are responsible for insurance advice, quoting, placement, and binding. After licensure, the position becomes a hybrid market-building and insurance-production role. The production target is to personally write approximately 25% of partner referrals by Month 6, 50% by Month 9, and nearly all standard, in-appetite referrals by Month 12; specialists handle complex risks and overflow. The employee develops and manages local referral partnerships, represents We Insure at field events, and hosts Road to Ownership content. They collaborate with Marketing and production partners on approved footage, interviews, and community storytelling, while protecting customer privacy and following consent, brand, and disclosure requirements. The role also maintains CRM records, tracks activity and production, manages approved field resources, and participates in coaching and performance reviews. At $2.0 million of attributed premium in force, the employee may become eligible for We Insure's standard franchise conversion process; eligibility is not guaranteed and is subject to standard approvals, disclosures, fees, and agreements. A company-provided van is available for business-related travel, partner visits, and community events.
