  • Comfort owning a budget and being measured on sourced pipeline, cost per opportunity, and return on investment.
  • Ability to build credibility with sellers and sales leaders, gain representative buy-in, and drive follow-through.
  • Strong execution skills, including delivering polished events at volume while maintaining focus on pipeline.
  • Operational rigor in building target lists, invitation plans, and follow-up plays before booking venues.
  • AI-forward approach, using agents and automation to plan, promote, and follow up on programs efficiently.

  • Help sales representatives invite the right prospects to dinners by providing invite templates and target lists, and drive follow-up on tradeshow leads until they become meetings and opportunities.
  • Establish a regular working rhythm with AMER West sales managers and directors for planning, pipeline reviews, and post-event retrospectives.
  • Partner with the AMER East counterpart to maintain a consistent regional cadence, playbook, and reporting.
