About The Position

As a Warehouse Manager, you’ll oversee final mile delivery and installation teams at warehouses in your designated region. You’ll also oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage and dispatching. You’ll lead Best Buy employees and third-party partners to support a best-in-class customer and employee experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor or manager.
• At least 2 years of sales, installation, logistics, operations, warehouse, inventory or customer service experience.
• Ability to occasionally travel overnight as needed.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Maintain a driving record that meets Best Buy safety standards.
• Acquire and maintain any required state or local licensing within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Consumer electronics delivery, repair or installation experience.
• Experience in delivery, transportation, distribution or logistics.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Experience managing a remote workforce.
• Associate degree or higher in business, logistics or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational consistency, strategic alignment, and performance accountability.
• Build and maintain an exceptional team culture centered around engagement and belonging.
• Analyze reporting to understand business trends and develop action plans to achieve desired results.
• Set clear expectations for the team aligned with company priorities and provide regular one-on-one coaching.
• Conduct labor planning and capacity management, including attendance, scheduling and PTO approvals.
• Ensure timely responses to customer service escalations and provide resolutions to preserve the customer experience.
• Oversee final mile delivery and installation teams and day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage and dispatching.
• Lead Best Buy employees and third-party partners.
