About The Position

Help At Home is seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Field Coordinator to support home-care services and help clients live independently, safely, and with dignity in their homes. The role includes visiting clients’ homes, handling calls and visitors, submitting visit documentation, and providing administrative support to the Branch Manager. Regular daily or weekly travel is required, including in inclement weather. The position pays $19.50–$20 per hour based on experience; the listed pay range is $20 per hour.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish-speaking.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to two years of customer service experience required.
• Access to an insured and reliable vehicle.
• Active and current auto insurance.
• Ability to move or traverse about in offices and client homes, including ascending and descending stairs.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
• Ability to travel regularly on a daily or weekly basis, including in inclement weather.

Responsibilities
