About The Position

The Field Clinical Manager provides field-based clinical and technical training and support for Bioventus TalisMann and StimRouter Peripheral Nerve Stimulators (PNS). The role trains health care professionals in medical-device use and supports associated surgical procedures, including device programming and providing technical expertise. This is a remote, field-based role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a health care-related field, or a four-year degree with health care or clinical experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively and instruct or coach others on product use and clinical applications.
• Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree in health sciences or engineering.
• Surgical and/or operating-room support experience as a field clinical engineer, technical representative, technology trainer, or clinical trainer in the medical device field.
• Fluent Spanish-speaking ability.

Responsibilities

• Represent TalisMann and StimRouter PNS during implants, device programming, and case follow-up.
• Demonstrate expertise in implanted medical devices, troubleshooting techniques, and support.
• Receive technical inquiries and research solutions to questions or problems.
• Provide on-call support as needed for surgeries, reprogramming, troubleshooting, and follow-up.
• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, office staff, and other personnel on technical matters related to products.
• Maintain open, effective communication with PNS functions, including Regulatory Assurance, Quality Assurance, and Product Development, as well as with employees.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
• Travel extensively as needed, potentially up to 75%, with two to three overnight trips per week.
