About the position
Stream is seeking a US-based Field and Event Marketing Manager to drive marketing initiatives and expand the brand's reach. This hybrid position allows for flexibility in working from both an office location and home. The role involves end-to-end event management, specialized campaigns, field event expansion, comprehensive campaign planning, reporting, and collaboration with the content team. The ideal candidate should have experience in field marketing, event marketing, or partner marketing, with exceptional organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of regional marketing events, from concept to completion
- Build specialized campaigns tailored to attract enterprise-level attention
- Lead the initiative to build out a series of impactful field events
- Direct all facets of campaign planning, from budget allocation to content creation
- Partner with the operations team to evaluate, track, and adjust sponsorship channels based on ROI
- Collaborate with the content team to design a world-class event program
- Coordinate events and sponsorships within a fast-paced B2D/B2B startup environment
- Learn about new products and technical jargon and apply them to the field
- Organize hosted field events, sponsored events, and webinars
- Proficiency with email marketing and event platforms
- Ability to travel up to 40% for events globally
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or partner marketing
- Proven track record in coordinating events and sponsorships, preferably in a fast-paced B2D/B2B startup environment
- Eager to learn about new products and technical jargon and apply them to the field
- 2+ years of experience in a startup SaaS space
- Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Superior written and oral communication capabilities
- Self-driven with problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience organizing hosted field events, sponsored events, and webinars
- Proficiency with email marketing and event platforms like Hubspot, SalesLoft, and Streamyard
- Ability to travel up to 40% for events globally
