About The Position

The Field and ABM Manager owns account-based and field marketing for target AI cloud and enterprise accounts across North America, deciding which accounts receive attention and through which programs. The role brings an existing 2027 plan, account list, and product marketing, DevRel, and ecosystem support to life as one of the first hires on the growth team. Some event support in Asia Pacific may also be required. The manager develops tiered ABM programs with Sales, including customized plans for top-priority accounts and adapted campaigns for the next tier. They plan executive dinners, roadshows, workshops, partner events, and major conference programs, with success measured by account progression and pipeline impact. They engage buying-group roles with tailored messaging and collaborate with company executives, customers, Content, and Product Marketing to deliver thought leadership and reusable assets. The role partners with AEs and SDRs on quarterly target-account selection, assigns follow-up ownership and service-level agreements, ensures high-intent event signals reach AEs within two business days, and tracks account progression weekly and program ROI quarterly. In the first 30 days, the manager is expected to lock Tier 1 account plans with Sales and map the first-half 2027 North American field calendar. Within two quarters, the goal is for every regional Tier 1 account to have an engaged buying group of at least three roles and for field events to achieve a 50% or higher show rate.
