About The Position
Oso Communications Inc. is seeking experienced Leader FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) Installation Technicians to join our growing team! If you take pride in quality workmanship, customer service, and getting the job done right the first time, we'd love to hear from you. Position Details 1099 Independent Contractor Full-Time Work Available Pay: $1,200–$2,000+ per week (based on production) Consistent workload Weekly pay
Requirements
- Experience installing FTTH services
- Reliable truck or work van
- Ladders and all tools required to complete installations
- Ability to troubleshoot and activate fiber services
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-focused
Nice To Haves
- Fiber splicer/fusion splicer
Responsibilities
- Install fiber services from the terminal to residential homes
- Complete inside and outside installations
- Splice, test, and activate fiber services
- Ensure clean, professional installations
