About The Position

By Landmark is launching its new Festival Division, a venture focused on creating premier annual celebrations of culinary artistry, craft beverages, and community gathering across multiple cities. This role is a brand-builder as much as an event management role, responsible for shaping the division's future, including market entry, audience building, sponsor attraction, and reputation management. The Festival Manager will co-create the vision with the executive team, build and scale an experienced team, develop operational infrastructure for a multi-city festival program, and serve as the engine behind this highly visible initiative. The role requires close partnership with the By Landmark executive team and Pie Lab for creative, strategic, and operational support. The division plans to expand into music festivals, car shows, and other experiential formats.

  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities into music festivals, car shows, and other experiential formats.
  • Ensure each market's festival has its own distinct flavor, positioning, and reason to exist while maintaining the By Landmark standard.
