About The Position
Premium Health is hiring a full-time Fertility RN to join its Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) team in Brooklyn. The role is for an experienced, compassionate registered nurse who is passionate about fertility care and guiding patients through their family-building journey. The nurse provides patient-centered support and education, coordinates care, and collaborates with physicians and clinical staff in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Active New York State RN license.
- Prior professional fertility or REI nursing experience is required.
- Strong patient education and communication skills.
- EMR proficiency and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Educate patients on fertility treatment protocols and medications.
- Review lab results and coordinate appointments.
- Provide phone triage and ongoing patient support.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered fertility care.
