About The Position

MainStreet Family Care is seeking a flexible and adaptable Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide patient-focused care across multiple clinics in the Central/East Georgia Region. This role involves working with teams in different clinics and demonstrating leadership in a high-volume, fast-paced urgent care environment. The services offered include urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. The provider will float to various locations including Charlotte, Cameron, Winston-Salem, Liberty, and Locust, covering a radius of up to 90 miles from their home address.

Requirements

• Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required
• MSN, or higher education required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

• Minor surgery (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.)
• Suturing
• Splinting
• General Orthopedic evaluations/management
• Review of x-rays (to be over-read by Radiologist, too)
• General Dermatology
• General eye problems
• General EKG interpretations
• Emergency management skills
• General GYN expertise
• Treating children of all ages
• Occupational medicine
• Telemedicine
