About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Aurora, Colorado. This is an outpatient Family Medicine role focused on adult and pediatric primary care within a mission-driven community health environment. The position offers a flexible scheduling structure with 4-day or 5-day work week options, a sustainable outpatient workload with a maximum patient volume of 18 patients daily, and the opportunity to serve diverse and underserved patient populations within a collaborative care model. The organization is an established community healthcare organization with strong provider support structure.

Requirements

• Board Certified Family Medicine Physician REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience REQUIRED
• Active unrestricted Colorado medical license REQUIRED
• Comfortable treating adult and pediatric patient populations REQUIRED
• Strong commitment to underserved and diverse communities REQUIRED
• Collaborative and patient-centered approach REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient Family Medicine care to adult and pediatric patients
• Manage preventive care and chronic disease treatment
• Deliver patient-centered care within community health setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment planning
