About The Position
This is an outpatient Family Medicine role providing comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages within a mission-driven nonprofit healthcare environment. The position offers a stable weekday schedule designed to support long-term provider balance and sustainability. It provides an opportunity to serve diverse patient populations within a collaborative community health setting. The role is supported by an established outpatient workflow, a full clinical staff, and LPN triage services. The organization is community-focused and emphasizes access and continuity of care.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician REQUIRED
- Active Florida medical license REQUIRED
- Comfortable treating patients of all ages REQUIRED
- Strong commitment to patient-centered primary care REQUIRED
- Collaborative and compassionate approach REQUIRED

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient Family Medicine care for adult and pediatric patients
- Deliver preventive care and chronic disease management
- Maintain continuity of care within primary care setting
- Collaborate with support staff and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
