Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician REQUIRED
- Active Florida MD or DO license REQUIRED
- Comfortable treating patients of all ages REQUIRED
- Strong commitment to patient-centered outpatient care REQUIRED
- Compassionate and collaborative clinical approach REQUIRED

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient Family Medicine care for adult and pediatric patient populations
- Deliver preventive care and chronic disease management
- Maintain continuity of care within primary care environment
- Collaborate with support staff and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Support patient-centered care initiatives within community-focused setting
