Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician REQUIRED
• Active Florida MD or DO license REQUIRED
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages REQUIRED
• Strong commitment to patient-centered primary care REQUIRED
• Collaborative and compassionate approach REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient Family Medicine care for adult and pediatric patient populations
• Deliver preventive care and chronic disease management
• Maintain continuity of care within community-focused primary care setting
