About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Panama City, Florida. This is an outpatient Family Medicine role providing comprehensive primary care for diverse patient populations within a community-focused healthcare environment. The position offers a predictable weekday-only structure designed to support long-term work-life balance and provider stability, with an opportunity to build meaningful long-term patient relationships within a patient-centered care model. The workflow is sustainable with a target patient volume of 16 patients daily, and established clinical support staff allows physicians to focus on direct patient care and continuity.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician REQUIRED
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility REQUIRED
• Comfortable treating diverse patient populations REQUIRED
• Strong commitment to patient-centered outpatient care REQUIRED
• Interest in building long-term patient relationships REQUIRED
• Collaborative and compassionate clinical approach REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient Family Medicine care for patients of all ages
• Deliver preventive care and chronic disease management
• Build long-term patient relationships within community-based setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and support staff
• Maintain patient-centered care and continuity within outpatient environment
